I've stayed a few times for work events that the company has paid for the rooms and it has always been pleasant. This time I was traveling for the event with my partner and chose to pay for my own room so we could stay together since he wasn't working the event. The temperature was set to 65° when we entered the room. It was freezing cold. Even after we turned the air conditioner completely off the room was cold until the following morning. They set the temperature to 72 would be much more comfortable, they would save money on electricity, And they could more easily achieve their sustainability goals. The stopper in the sink was also broken And one of the lights in the bathroom was out.

Almost every aspect of our stay a the Homewood suites was good and I would recommend it to any of my friends who might visit Little Rock. I would encorage them to even pay the $16 a night for the secure parking at the hotel. My only point of criticism was the staff we interacted with weren't particularly helpful. When we checked in the concierge seemed put out and even threw shade when i asked typical questions at checkin. And in the morning 9am the cleaning lady who only spoke broken english rushed us out of our room insisting it was checkout time even though checkout wasn't untill noon.

PARKING IS NOT FREE. This should be included in the purchase price of the room, but is not. The hotel was excellent otherwise! Breakfast was amazing. The suite was excellent. The staff was so kind and helpful. The location is right near the river walk area, and there are like 4 or 5 walking distance restaurants to choose from.
