Very clean property, front desk Chasity was nice, and knew what she was doing. Rooms are very nice and clean. If I come back to Arkansas I would stay here.

The property is pet friendly. The staff was very helpful with suggestions for vegan dining. There are lots of snack options available for purchase so you don't have to leave the property. I really appreciated the convenience after a long day of driving.

Amazing.
Amazing. Basic but very functional. Staff was excellent especially front desk from 4-11 pm on the day we checked in. Had a problem with a loud hum in our room about 10:30 and she graciously got us another room quickly. Everything was good after that.

We loved staying at Tru by Hilton. The atmosphere inside was so fun and colorful. There were games and a pool table in the lobby for a fun time and lots of room to sit and chill. The room we stayed in was adorable with all its color and decorations. The bed was soooo comfortable and the shower was also wonderful. The desk employees were inviting from the moment we walked in. They were also friendly, courteous, and professional. We would definitely stay at other Tru by Hilton hotels in our future trips!

My stay was pretty good! Breakfast time and selection were pretty good. I liked the feature that we could text if help was needed during our stay. I’ll definitely return when I have to come back to visit again

I feel it was a great property to stay at very clean and easy to get to. If you like to shop it’s also great spot to stay.

I was disappointed in our stay this time. We were there in February and were not charged additional fee for pet. This time they asked for $50. I brought this to their attention and it was reduced to $25. They said I should have been charged last time but was not. Then my husband and I couldn't be on wifi at same time. Lastly it is hard to get to property from interstate because there is a required left turn and then immediate right turn (hard to do at 5 PM!). In short, we will look for another option the next time in Little Rock.
