Good upper 3 Star hotel with good facilities.
A good allround upper 3 star hotel. Reception waas the hard part in this hotel. we had requested an uppoer floor room as we wanted piece and quiet but weer allocated a ground floor room as we had a dog. However the gorund floor room turned out to be fine. A clean spacious room with AC and working TV. Breakfast was generous and good quality but the hot plates were not very hot! Location is good for an overnight, there is nearby ASDA extra, and excellent Millar and Carter. but Kettering is not much to write home about

The room was on the ground floor which was not a problem. The window in the room opened to a communal area where other people were sitting, so the curtains had to be kept closed for privacy. The key did not worked to open the door, so had to returned to the reception to get another key. The breakfast was average. Could have done with more vegetarian options. There was black mould around the base of the shower. Loved the dove shower gel. I could have done with a shower cap to prevent my hair getting wet. I had a good sleep; bed sheets were clean.

The place was very clean. Everything you needed for a stay. Staff very friendly and professional. Great breakfast catered for all. Definitely stay again. Stayed a few times. Unfortunately the price has doubled in the last couple of years.

Check in had to wait a long time. Was left standing at front desk whilst staff talked to each other not very professional Room was dirty pre-used shower gel and shampoo hand soap did not find that hygienic better to offer small unused soaps Breakfast was tasteless and no veggie options
