What to like: LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. outdoor amenities, pool, small private beach, tiki shelters, outdoor grills. On site fishing charter. Needs improvement: room sizes / furnishings. We didn't even have a tiny desk for the notebook computer.

I think based on good reviews, my expectations were too high. The room we had was dark and outdated. This place was not a good match for as, as we did not use any of the resort amenities and the price seemed too high for what we got. Breakfast was very scarce - no proteins, no veggies, only chunks of frozen pineapples for fruits and lots of carbohydrates. On a bright side - our 'suite' had kitchenette and that was small, but very well equipped. People working there were friendly and nice.

We enjoyed our stay at Parmer's Resort. First time visiting the Florida Keys and we were looking for a quiet option to explore the area. Parmer's offered us nice accommodations on the water with amenities that allowed us to enjoy our stay.

Excellent!

This place was amazing! If we had known how nice it was we would have booked a few days here. There is a good restaurant/bar down the street and the place itself was queit, clean, and comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Resort was on the waterfront. Very clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast area was open all day with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, bottled water. Cookies were set out daily from 2-6. Had use of kayaks and bikes, pool and beach. All at the resort. Saw the sunrise each morning directly out of our window, over the water. Hammocks were restful and plenty of Adirondack chairs to relax on. We were disappointed to have to leave. Love to come back!

Parmer’s is a nice quiet and friendly place to stay with guest amenities including bicycles, kayaks, bocce, cornhole and a swimming pool. Very friendly and accommodating.

The kitchen, doors and floor are old. But everything else is nice. Location is close to the Key West. There is two restaurants nearby. They provide free kayaking and boating. Waterfront.

Great stay!

While our stay was only 1 night, we were greeted by a lovely staff, with great service and thoughtfulness continuing the next day. The grab-n-go breakfast had nice options and was totally adequate and enjoyable. The room was clean, inviting, and comfortable. The property is beautifully maintained, making this a place a great stay with a local feel.
