Our apartment was lovely. Spacious, very clean. Parking was easy enough to get to. Great location. We asked for a cot for our stay and there was one waiting in our room. Would stay again.

Beyond the regular situation with hotels the staff are amazing I slept in the shower and heart my elbow Alice and Erin treated me very well and I don’t know how to thank them enough. It was a contentious situation and they were not tired until I was almost back to normal

Little awkward to find on foot from Lime Street. Upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment. Clean and spacious. Big gripe: hot water cut off and only way to get it back was to use boost button but this took 45 mins and we missed a timed event because we were late arriving. Small gripe: 1 saucepan to cook in. Needs more. The main toilet flush was weak. Would return, but will remember to boost water heater after going out or during down time!

This was our 4th stay at this hotel. We like it because of space, quality, proximity to all landmarks. Unfortunately I deducted a star this time( wanted to deduct 2 actually) because the room we got this time was located between two hall way doors separating elevator and the rest of the hall way. Those doors slam like CRAZY, day and night. Almost impossible to sleep at night despite the door inside the room and ear plugs. Something should be done about it. Other than that very nice place.

Paradise in downtown Liverpool.
I loved my super functional and beautiful apartment. I moved the little kitchen table to the living room so I could work with a view. Gorgeous sunsets, floor to ceiling Pop out windows for fresh and air circulation. Loved it!
