Decent hotel for its age. Pool good, parking easy and free. Handy location. I'd give them 7 out of 10 though. Lose 1 mark for condition of pillows and comfort of bed (sleep was badly disrupted). Lose 2 more for the member of staff (lets call her a mature and formidable caucasian woman) on breakfast duty on our last morning. Don't know whether she singled us out for mistreatment because we have a infant or because we're a mixed race family but not appropriate in any way. Shame as all the other staff were lovely throughout our stay.

Been here before, liked it so came back, especially for the meal deal stay , things have changed a bit , in the past you got 3 courses in the deal , now it is £25 per head with fish and chips being £18 and ice-cream £5.95 doesn't leave much. That being said we made our choices, I asked for crusty baguette for my fish finger sandwich meal, the girl came and said there was no baguettes only normal sliced bread, it was very greasy, asked for new plate to move food onto ,lettuce brown edged, we also wanted sorbet and ice cream, after asking for raspberry sorbet, the girl came and said there was non , next day similar no , black rice, no halloumi, no crusty baguette , overall meals most disappointing. Room nice good shower etc but remote control was really grimey , cleaned it myself didn't want to use it . Pool good , jacuzzi small and wasn't hot , but rest ok. Staff lovely. Still a good place

Lovely stay here with my children. They loved the pool area. The room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was lovely too. We enjoyed the breakfast and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. In particular the lady in the pool/health centre was very kind and helpful.

We had a great stay. The rooms were nice enough, car parking was free and we could use all the facilities. My daughter went swimming twice. The breakfast was amazing, lots of choice and great quality products. Would definitely stay again. Thanks

Clean room, friendly staff, easy register. My only issue is the service in the dining room at night, the staff waiting on are hard working, very polite and friendly, they have to be because the amount of time you wait after you've ordered long. However, once served the food is good quality and very enjoyable and you get loads of it. On the tables around us there was no one who managed to clear their plates. There must be a lot of food waste. The breakfast is self service and excellent. Overall I would recommend this hotel.
