Lovely clean hotel in a great location, with a secured car park just over the road (This is extra cost but great having a discount code for staying in this hotel) rooms were nice only thing I could fault was that you only get 1 pillow each on the bed and 2 spare in the wardrobe and I have to use at least 3 as I have to sleep upright. I could have asked for more tbh and I’m sure they would have been there. Service from all the staff was 5*, we only had breakfast in the hotel but it was very nice and plenty to choose from including your drinks. It was a little noisy during the night with people coming in and you could hear them both in the corridor and the floor below. There is also building work going on next door to the hotel at the minute so I’m just glad that it was a weekend we stayed here and there was no work going on. For these reasons is why I can only rate this hotel as good but once the work has been completed etc I would definitely stay here again & request extra pillows by this time I’m sure I could mark this as excellent.

Check in easy with self-service option available but also very friendly staff on hand to assist if required. Very close to Liverpool One and all that area has to offer. Facilities excellent with everything being new and fresh. Breakfast was also good with lots of choice and hot food. Would have no hesitation in recommending.

Hotel is great, food amazing, staff cannot do enough and rooms are lovely. Building work around the hotel make crossing road difficult as pavement has fenced off areas.

Smart & Modern Liverpool Hotel...
Excellently located hotel in Liverpool city centre, only a couple of minutes walk from Liverpool One, with safe, secure parking across the road at QPark John Lewis (discounted with our stay through the hotel). This brand new hotel was modern, clean and very welcoming. The staff were very polite and helpful at all times during our 2x night stay. I would certainly consider this hotel when returning to Liverpool in the future.
