The lovely staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. I loved my room and appreciated the brilliant view of the Liver Building and River Mersey. A memorable stay.

We had to wait a long time at reception when we arrived and left. Curtains in our room were thread bare in places. Bed very comfortable, nice and big, slept well. Good location.

Coeliac traveller.
Hotel was very clean but a little tired. Curtains were worn a bit and had some holes in. Bath had a cigarette burn. Toilet was squeezed in behind a door. Toilet paper cheap and thin. Mattress was to hard. Other than that staff very helpful. I felt extremely looked after at breakfast with my gluten free diet.
