The water cut off at about 3 am, still not working at 9 am so unable to shower, flush toilet etc. I appreciate these are outside the hotels jurisdiction but they could have delivered some bottled water to the rooms as

The hotel fit our ecert need. Walkable to a concert we were attending ang strolling along the docks . Easy reach of restaurants. Unfortunately on the sunday there was a United Utilities problem and we had no water. Very difficult. Byt the hotel did the best they could. I'm presuming they would seek compensatio from UU. But may not pass tgat onto the customer , for their inconvenience ?

I actually loved this hotel for most of my stay. The staff is incredibly courteous and helpful. My trip was soured however, on the morning of my checkout and all day travel to another destination, the water stopped working therefore I couldn’t shower brush my teeth or use the restroom. The front desk was ‘looking into it’ but no apology or anything. It made for an uncomfortable day of travel

It was an amazing stay, great service and super clean. Everything was neat. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms and shower felt fresh. Great location by the docks, walking distance to just about everything. Perfect for a great price.

Just a one night stay but good service at check in and good explanation of facilities. Comfortable, clean room, good view towards docks. Comfortable bed - only disturbed by fireworks going off at 12.30 am. Did not have opportunity to try restaurant. Would stay again.

Overall very good. Slightly tricky to get to the car park through Liverpool. Breakfast generally good but bacon didn’t look too appealing and second morning the croissants had run out.
