The only benefit was a voucher for a drink in the bar, the staff Darren very helpful on arrival checked us in and pointed everything out that we might need. It then went down hill the lights cut off in the room they came up to check within minutes but could not sort out so needed maintenance to take a look. We where asked did we want to stay in the room or move, we would have lived to stay as the room was really nice but as we needed to check out early no lights to wake up to and sort out contact lense and pack bags up was not an option. We got a new room further along the corridor but where only given a key no help to move our bags not even a coffee very disappointing

Really nice hotel with stylish interiors in a brilliant location just a few minutes from Liverpool Lime Street Station and within walking distance of main attractions in Liverpool. I would highly recommend.

Stunning renovations. Very stylish and comfortable rooms. I collect antique typewriters, and there was a beautiful poster of a bright red antique typewriter in the bathroom. A vintage telephone was on a night table beside the king sized bed. The room was very comfortable and quiet.

Fantastic hotel, ideal location right on Lime St Station and in the heart of the city. Pleasant welcome and staff. Room was lovely with a great view of St Georges Hall and the Liverpool Xmas Market. A spectacular looking hotel in an historic building. You can normally judge why your stay will be like based on the welcome you receive at check in and Darren who checked us in couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Nice bar area, albeit small, and whilst the rooms are not massive they are comfortable and well furnished. The location next to Lime Street Station and St John Centre where parking is just £6 for 24 hours is another major draw.
