Other than the racket from Concert Square a great hotel to stay at. Always Professional Reception Team. Quality rooms and services. As a VIP I appreciate the late checkout and coffee.

Great - just a few issues to be aware of.
The room was great as were the staff. The only thing that let it down was: - the room was really warm. No air con. - I didn’t have towels and when I asked for some I was given a hand towel. - there was no toiletries in the shower. I know I could have asked for some but, at that point I was standing in the shower already wet. The staff were fantastic and the location was good too. It’s a little noisy on a Saturday night but I know the location so was expecting it.

Great Reception Team. Frequent Flyer perks are worth having. Rooms are always clean and well furnished. Good WiFi and TV. Decent linen, toiletries and room drinks…and there’s a fridge! Good value.

I arrived for check-in pretty late on - 11pm, but the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, and the facilities great, especially for the price. Had a good view of Radio City across the rooftops from my room on the 5th floor and in the morning Bold Street was only a one minute walk away, very convenient.
