Very bad staff. You will charge £50 as a deposit without notification. On your checking you feel bad because of the way the staff treated you.

Good but could be improved especially the bathroom
Good location but a little noisy at times. But that’s to be expected! My biggest feedback would be that the bathroom was very basic and not appealing, old mixer taps and basic shower, no hand creams or shower gel dispenser, just a tiny not very eco friendly bottle. I feel this needs to be updated as even a premier inn or similar budget hotel wins on that front.

Worst hotel ever. Staff as RUDE!
The worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my life. The blonde woman on reception is the rudest, most miserable person I have ever come across. She didn’t even make eye contact. There was 5 staff behind the desk all on their phones, it was like walking into a youth club not a hotel reception. The staff were really not welcoming and the rooms were shaking from the nearby local clubs booming music. Even the people that worked in the breakfast restaurant were rude, we decided to go elsewhere after being made to feel clearly unwanted. The beds were actually comfortable, but other than that I don’t have anything good to say about this hotel.

Awful experience. The hotel has a bar that blasted out music till gone midnight. And the nightclub opposite was still playing thumping bass music at 6am Sunday morning. Worse stay in a hotel noise wise Ruined what would have been a pleasant hotel to stay in
