From check in to check out the staff was extremely kind and approachable, lovely hotel, great location, easy parking, room facilities are fantastic and very clean. Even got a free drink to celebrate my birthday! First time staying here and will definitely be returning! :-)

The aparthotel was lovely, spacious room with compact kitchenette and nice size for me and my two sons. The facilities were great. The bathroom was a little small and the door closed automatically but overall the bed was huge and comfortable. The parking was next to the hotel but there are some steps to access it, two lots of steps to the second floor. The location is beautiful, right next to the waterfront and Liverpool One shopping facilities. Traffic can build up in the area on weekends at the strand but it was a really lovely stay. The alarm did go off early hours on our second night but this was managed. Staff were also very helpful. Thank you.

We are a group of 3 friends and often struggle when sharing a room for 3 with limited space and comfort. Our room surpassed expectation. It was vey clean and comfortable with many amenities and close to all of Liverpools attractions. We would highly recommend it

This is a very nice property. It has a great location in the middle of Liverpool, which makes everything very accessible. The staff were friendly and the rooms were very clean and modern. We had a very nice stay.
