We had a lovely stay overnight stay here .. kiddies were given complimentary gifts of sweets on check in , lovely touch . Our room was perfect, clean , everything we needed , with complimentary drinks in the mini bar , great view of the City from our balcony . Breakfast was delicious . I would highly recommend, excellent service & close to all of the sights .

Great boutique hotel - nice pub right across the road - loads of pubs/restaurants within a couple of minutes walk and only a 5 minute walk to Liverpool One. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend - definitely will stay again.. Thanks!

The Halyard was an excellent choice for us! It is such a nice place! We appreciated the hot breakfast choice and they have a convenient bar for cocktails. Our room was very comfortable and clean. This hotel is convenient to walk into the town center or to the docks or to the train station. We would absolutely stay here again.

I had breakfast once and the food was terrible. The poached eggs were the worst I had ever had and they were covered with a hot sauce that burned my lips. I am also a vegetarian and there were very little options on the lunch and dinner menu.
