With exposed beams throughout, this romantic 4 bed duplex retreat offers a family-friendly haven for 7 whatever the season!

Its pretty ski chalet charm and appeal is perfectly complemented by a host of modern day features, enabling guests to easily feel at home. The spacious living area is equipped with cosy sofas and a wall mounted flat screen TV (limited SAT channels) with WIFI access.

The inviting cosiness of the living room leads past an elegant dining area, and through to an adjoining fully-equipped kitchen.

All the desired appliances are provided here, including an oven, cooker hob, coffee machine and dishwasher.
Couples can easily unwind within the tranquillity of the two beautiful double bedrooms of the chalet. Family and friends can easily relax to the spacious single bedroom, whilst a child-friendly fourth bedroom is furnished with also a single bed.

The duplex chalet retreat is further complemented by three modern shower rooms. The residence is also equipped with a heated ski boot storage room.

Outside guests can easily enjoy sunbathing to the sun loungers provided to the garden, or enjoy cooking out in the open to the family BBQ area.

A private parking space also features next to the chalet residence for guest’s use and the amenities and facilities of Livigno are all easily within reach.

Livigno offers a destination in all seasons, with the Mottolino Bike Park and hiking routes of the Swiss National Park perfect for a spring and summer getaway and the ski slopes, Snow Board Park and winter sports just waiting to be enjoyed in the colder months!

Für einen erstklassigen Preis haben wir einen drittklassigen Gegenwert erhalten
Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal, mit Supermarkt, Skiverleih, Skibusstation und Restaurants in nächster Nähe. Sie ist sehr gemütlich. Der Skikeller ist mit einem tollen Wärmeständer für die Skistiefel ausgerüstet. Bei der Miete haben wir uns an der Beschreibung im Internet orientiert; es werden 150 m² versprochen, laut unseren überschlägigen Ermittlungen sind es max. 120 m². Das Wohnzimmer sieht ganz anders aus als im Netz: Es war kein Couchtisch vorhanden, die Sessel sind ziemlich schäbig, die Armsessel gibt es nicht, die Kissen auf den Holzstühlen und -bänken gibt es ebenfalls nicht, man sitzt also verdammt hart. Die versprochene Kaffeemaschine gibt es auch nicht und auch keine Kaffeekanne. Der bereitgestellte Kaffeefilter fasst max. 6 Tassen, wir waren zu acht. Der Kaffee wurde in eine größere Blechmilchkanne gefiltert und mit einem Topfdeckel bedeckt. Die sehr große Teekanne hatte keinen Deckel. Als erstes haben wir eine Papiertischdecke und Papiersets gekauft; die bereitgestellte Tischdecke war schmutzig und unappetitlich. Es waren nur 4 Weingläser da und keine Geschirrtrockentücher; das wurde allerdings vom Agenten durch Neukauf sofort behoben. In zwei Bädern war jeweils nur ein Zahnputzbecher und im dritten gar keiner, so dass wir uns ein paar Plastikbecher gekauft haben. Nur in einem Bad war ein kleiner Abfalleimer. Im Bad beim "Kinderzimmer" schloss die Duschtür nicht richtig, man musste sie immer mit einer Hand festhalten. Im "Kinderzimmer" war der Nachttisch mit Sachen des Eigentümers belegt, ein Wandschränkchen ebenfalls, auf dem Schrank lagen ebenfalls seine Sachen. Die drei untersten Schubladen im begehbaren Kleiderschrank waren ebenfalls voll. Die Läufer im Wohnzimmer und im Kinder zimmer waren schmuddelig und konnten auch als Putzlappen dienen. Das Besteck und das Kaffeegeschirr reichte gerade immer für 8 Personen; die Wohnung wird aber auch für 9 Personen angeboten. Der Fernseher wurde von uns sehr geschont, da er nur mit italienischen Sendern programmiert war. Bei einer international vermieteten Wohnung ein Unding; es sollten auch Sender in anderen Sprachen vorhanden sein. Der Eingangsbereich war teilweise , die Garagenabfahrt (Skikeller) war total vereist: das führte auch prompt dazu, dass eine Person beim Fallen sich an der Hüfte verletzte. Das ganze könnte mit einer Investition von einer Tagesmiete behoben werden. Ich freue mich auf Ihre Stellungnahme!!!
