Great Place to go!!!

It was definitely what we were wanting and expecting! It was a quiet neighborhood that allowed for a quick walk to go fishing! We had a lot of fun.

Memorial Wknd Cape Royale Stay

Great property that is on the water at the marina. Owners are very helpful and accommodating. They have a service that runs it, but they stay in touch with the renters to make it a personal experience. Highly recommend this place. The one negative were the beds. They were a bit hard and uncomfortable. May be fine for some. Other than that, very comfortable. Definitely would rent again.

Wish we could go back to stay long-term!

We had such a wonderful, relaxing time on Lake Livingston! This lake house was so lovely and comfortable and very clean! We absolutely loved the screened porch over looking the marina. It was so gloriously peaceful. The home is quite spacious, bigger than it looks in the photos, I think. The neighborhood is truly gorgeous, and my family loved playing at the park and at the basketball court, and of course, fishing on the lake! The drive up to the area is also beautiful, and you can just feel your stress melting away as you wind through the country roads toward the lake. We would definitely love to stay here again! Here’s a couple of tips to future visitors at this home: bring cushiony slippers for the tile floors and consider bringing a padded mattress topper for the master bedroom. The mattress in that room is firmer than I think some people would like, but don’t dare let that cause you to miss out on all the fabulous amenities that this property has to offer!
