Perfect for a family get together
Great property. Perfect size for 20 adults. Tons of kitchen equipment and a huge range/oven. The lounge is comfy , loads of books and games. Bunks were clean and comfy too. Loads of outdoor space and an extra field/ toilets/ showers to hire for more campers •Bring wood or charcoal for the pizza oven. The wood on site is damp. •The TV doesn't get a signal, so bring a firestick or similar.Wifi is great •Bring extra tea towels or kitchen roll. •Entrance is by key code- make sure you have this before you get there because the phone signal is weak. The approach roads are long and tricky, so don't plan on nipping into Llangollen for supplies too often. We went canoeing on the canal and it was perfect. Would definitely re-book and recommend 👌

Isolated but great for keen walkers
Comfortable property with decent facilities, although the dining area was only just big enough for 16 adults. We were there over New Year and the place was well-heated with constant hot water. It would be good to stay there in the summer as the views are stunning and there is plenty of outdoor seating. It is quite isolated and requires a car journey on winding roads to the nearest village for supplies. There are lots of footpaths and walks leading straight from the bunkhouse for keen walkers.

Great for groups
The NOEC has a really good amount of space and easily swallows a large group. It also accommodates the needs of a large group well, with lots of outside space and great cooking facilities.

Fantastic Group stay on the edge of Snowdonia
Couldn't have picked a more perfect bunk house for our stay. We were a group of 16 x 25-30 year olds. The accommodation was clean on arrival. Very spacious for our group size. We were lucky with the weather so spent most of out time outside using the pizza oven and fire pit. Lots to explore in the area, we rented canoes one day (leaflet taken from the 'library' in the bunkhouse) and drove to Snowdon for a climb the other (approx 1 hour 20 mins drive). Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Thank you!
