The property is unique as it is genuinely a medieval building with its XVI th century staircase. However the booking in of the place is rather complicated and difficult in terms of having a phone and knowing where to park your car, saying that once the owner was there he was very kind to help. But what stressful 10 minutes before hand! The room we stated was lovely but the bathroom / shower needs to be reviewed ! Going from burning hot to freezing cold within seconds. Beautiful breakfast though and charming host.

The owner was very friedly and helpfull. He even let us have our breakfast early as we had to leave early to catch the ferry. The house was very interesting and old. It was also situated in the middle of the town right next to the castle and convenient for the restaurants and shops etc. We would definately stay again.

Old World Charm
Claude was very friendly and helpful. It has lots of old world features and is very charming. Breakfast was excellent and location is right in centre.

Quaint bed and breakfast close to the castle entra
Claude and his son Thomas were welcoming and very kind. The bed and breakfast was very cozy and close to the castle entrance, the shopping area, and the bus station. I highly recommend staying here!

Ici tout est parfait !
Impeccable sur toute la ligne. La chambre est parfaite et la déco tout sauf impersonnelle, la salle du petit-déjeuner aussi. Le petit-déjeuner copieux et bon. La maison en pleine ville, centre historique, est bien située pour visiter cette ville très intéressante (remparts, donjon, château royal, collégiale, musée Lansyer) mais trop méconnue. Une bonne adresse pour visiter la région ou comme étape sur le chemin des vacances. Et cerise sur le gâteau, le propriétaire (ou son fils) est agréable, il donne des adresses de restau et des suggestions de visites. Mon smartphone ayant un problème pour moi insoluble, il a su trouver rapido la solution ... Bref, tout est bien.
