Second time staying here. Fabulous unique quirky rooms. Great food and service. If you’re into real ales, they have a great choice of them here.

The location of the hotel was good along with the sea view. The stay was very comfortable and the family room was quite spacious. Wifi was not that strong but the reception team were friendly and helpful

It was perfect in every way. We plan to go back.

Enjoyed a lovely stay at New Year , the hotel is ideally located. Check in was easy , the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was spacious with a great outlook over the seafront. Room facilities were great with everything you’d expect to find . Would definitely recommend a stay here and hope to be back there again in the future.

We stayed for one night after attending a family event. The Sleeping Bear is a great venue. Caroline greeted us at the desk and couldn’t have been more helpful making sure we were able to sort out our parking. She was so friendly and welcoming. This is a lovely, clean and smart hotel. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again and hope to in the future.

Next to Lyme Regis front beach, 1 minute walk. Walking distance to Charmouth beach walking along the beach, 50 minutes and 1.5 miles. Walking distance to Monmouth Beach, ammonite pavement, 20 minutes walk. There’s a pool, a jacuzzi, and a sauna. You got to book first, one hour each family/room. The services of checking in, breakfast, and so on were professional. Room was clean and quiet. The only downside is some light daints on the carpet floor, but they’re cleaned just hard to remove. This was a very minor issue. My comment is based on the sale price. So it added to the great stay experience.
