Perfectly adequate for the price! Booked last minute, must’ve arrived at about 11pm, friendly chap at reception, went across the road and let myself in, grabbed some water and snack from reception, room was fairly compact but, as said, perfectly adequate and good value. Very quiet, comfortable beds, very happy and would use again! I used this as I missed the last train back to Cambridge, cheaper than a taxi!

Meant to book a 3-night stay for May, but mistakenly booked a 1-night stay for the same day. I realized my mistake the second I submitted it and immediately messaged the hotel to cancel the one night and that I will book the correct dates. Received a standard reply that (even though I paid the higher rate to cancel), it was past the check-in time and too late to cancel. I responded back letting them know I went ahead and booked the 3-night stay for May and would appreciate the 1-night for that day to be canceled since it was clearly a mistake that I informed them of within minutes of booking. This was a week ago and I've yet to hear back. Hoping it gets rectified so that we can actually do a review after staying in the hotel.

Very helpful staff at reception. Clean rooms and facilities. Comfortable simple room. The walls are very thin and floor creeky so you hear a few sounds but guests were quiet and respectful when I was there in January.

This is not a hotel. They acquired a bunch of rooms on both sides of the road. Our room was across the street on the second floor, through 2 locked doors, them up a very tiny staircase that doesn’t fit you and your bag. Floors up to a tiny hallway into a tiny room. The room has no room to open your bag. The shower is small enough that if you drop your soap there’s no room to get it. If you are absolutely about finding the cheapest room, maybe, otherwise avoid it.

Room was adequate. Tiny and very budget but it was clean. Issue was during check in - my mother and son were with me and I wanted to leave their luggage in my hotel room because they were staying in a different hotel and had a few hours before their check-in. The hotel employee would not allow me to put their luggage in my room and insisted that their luggage stay out in the reception area and that I pay a fee for him to watch it. He stated that if the hotel allowed people to store luggage in their hotel rooms then everybody would do it. I’m not sure what business it is of the hotel what I choose to keep in my hotel room that I have paid for. This is a ridiculous policy.

Great little budget hotel near St Pancras/King's Cross. The room was small but clean and quiet. Spent 8 days coming and going and visiting London and it was everything we needed for our stay. Definitely would stay again

I stayed in a standard double room. It was great if you are just looking for a basic room for a short say. Very clean and the staff were polite and helpful. The shared toilet was very narrow and cramped, would probably pay the extra for the en suit room next time.

Lovely clean safe hotel. Room was great with a lovely balcony. Lots nearby, metro, shops and dining options. Great base for our weekend in Paris. Staff very friendly and helpful. Communication prior to our stay was exceptional. Highly recommend this hotel.
