Staff was the best. Very helpful with shipping back to the states. Room was nice no complaints and close to two stations. While not a big con only thing is the surrounding area is a bit run down compared to LA financial district. Would come back here. Great Turkish restaurant on the same street.

The room was decent by London standards. The staff was not the best, especially at check-in. The breakfast was super crowded and not the best. The area was kinda dirty outside the hotel.

Arrived at the Hotel at 12:20 with a view to dropping our bags off and checking in later, but was pleased to be advised we could check in and at no extra cost. Room was clean and spacious, breakfast had a good selection, although no fried eggs ☹️ and the coffee out of the machine, I used was cold, however, no doubt if I’d bought it to the staff attention I’m sure they’d have sorted it. Also, breakfast was available until 11:00 a.m…would definitely stay there again

The rooms were very small. I asked for an upgrade and the staff said there wasn’t one available .The refrigerator wasn’t working, I reported it. Maintenance said it was fine to use and my food spilled.

My sons sofa bed had a split matress so he kept splitting and he ended with his legs in between the slats. The matress on the queens bed was lumpy and squeaky.
