Hotel was nice and good location Great for a stay in London and better than choosing a budget hotel. Unfortunately the customer service let it down and the staff did not make us feel welcome of have a friendly manner

My wife and I stayed here for one night on Saturday 14th December. From check-in to check-out, we loved everything about this quality hotel. The security is excellent, the staff are very helpful and everywhere is very clean. Most importantly though for us, our room was everything we could have wished for. Extremely clean and facilities which included: kettle with tea and coffee etc, hairdryer, iron, safe. The bathroom was perfect and spotlessly clean also.It had a superb rainfall shower along with an extra handheld showerhead should you choose to use it instead/as well. To top it all off, our large king-size bed was super comfortable with the best pillows. The hotel now includes a complimentary breakfast, which is your typical buffet affair. We both enjoyed this very much on the Sunday morning before we checked out. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again should we need to stay in London. A well deserved 5***** award from us 🤗

Great location, easy to check in, clean and a good price. This is a great spot if you need to be in East London and need somewhere to lie your head. Super close to the District Line/Aldgate East station. Even though Brick Lane and Whitechapel Road are busy, you don't hear the noise

Great stay!
Hotel is fairly new and modern. We had rooms facing the city and could see the shard. Rooms were quiet, surprisingly spacious and well cleaned daily. Staff throughout the hotel were very welcoming and friendly. Complimentary breakfast was the same each day but it was a good hearty spread. Hotel is well connected by underground and bus services. Check out was processed by Junaid who was exceptionally friendly and professional

The staff were wonderful, and made such an effort for our son’s birthday. The hotel was incredibly clean and the room was spacious. Close to the tube stations. Breakfast was very busy (half term), but good choice.

This was a wonderful place to stay. It was close to the tube, close to Brick Lane, lots of dining options nearby, great buffet breakfast included, wonderful staff. The list goes on and on. I felt very safe here. The room was clean and had a gorgeous view of the city. We will stay here again.
