Staff on reception very friendly and helpful. Room was a little tired but it’s an old hotel but everything you need. We had a room facing the street but the noise was cut down by good insulation.

The room was great, perfect size for a single. The staff were also fantastic - accommodating and friendly. I loved how close everything was and the convenient location in downtown London. The only minor complaint I had was regulating temperature in the room. The rad had a temperature control, but it was inconsistent. I imagine this is similar to other hotels in the area given the older buildings. I would definitely recommend staying at the Bedford.

We couldn't fault our stay except for a shower head that woukd not stay in place and kept slipping down. Centrally located, staff very friendly and helpful and breakfast excellent

Great location with quality services
Very good location, minutes of walk to Holbon and Leicester Square stations. Lots of shops and restaurants near by. Check in was swift and ladies at recetion desk were pleasant and courteous ; proactively introducing attractions and X'mas events /lighting. Breakfast was good also. Foods are fresh and hot. All staff are very polite and always attending with smiles. Definitely re-book again in future.

All public areas were excellent with friendly and efficient staff. Breakfast was good. Bedroom was clean and well appointed however the single bed was small (even for a single) and was unsupportive on the room side. I guess this is through guests sitting on the bed watching tv. Location is outstanding.

Good choice in central London
This hotel is well placed, not too far from the buzz of Oxford street & Covent Garden and very close to the British Museum. It's a good choice for a mid-price stay and the buffet breakfast is really nice. Good wifi.
