Smallest room I’ve ever seen, there were no room for our luggage to be opened except on the bed, and there was only 1 small chair because a second one wouldn’t fit it… Plus the food at the restaurant was abysmal and very expensive…. cannot say enough bad things about this hotel !

Stayed beside the airport. Could not hear the planes which was great! Nice towels and linen. Comfy bed. Breakfast was included and was very good. Shoddy painting job around the elevator. Over paint on doors. Bar service was excellent. Waiters very personable. Fan in bathroom was dirty and did not work.

I was shown a bigger room when I booked, at check in the room was very very small and claustrophobic, I was told to upgrade I would have to pay extra and that they didn’t have anything so I need to ask every day if they did. There weren’t any amenities in the room besides a coffee pot. No dental kit or mini fridge. The restaurant was barely staffed and sometimes didn’t even have anyone. Only one lift was working throughout my stay. And there was some kind of drilling noise for 2 days in the morning. Definitely not a place I would pick again until I absolutely had no other choice.

The bathroom was leaking and there was no phone charger. Finally, changed rooms. The hotel is very run down with carpets worn out. Only 1 elevator was working during my 2 stays and some of the stairs were not easy to find. It was very expensive for the quality of service
