Everything is new, friendly staff. Very convenient location. Room is small. There is only one side to get on and off bed. It is inconvenient for people with limited mobility.

Fantastic
Service was excellent, friendly, and very helpful. I had never been to a hotel where the staff seemed so genuinely happy to be there until I stayed here. The location was perfect- super walkable, safe, and easily accessible to Victoria station. The food in the restaurant was excellent for breakfast and lunch, and the lobby “living room,” was so comfortable to sit in. I will definitely be looking for more citizenM locations for future travel plans.

I don't recommend
I was not happy with the room. Extremely tiny. Smaller than an inside cabin on a ship. I think the electronic capabilities were cutesy and overdone. The bathroom has only frosted glass around it and very tiny. The long bed is placed against the window and since the temperature was freezing outside made that side of the bed very cold. Also, I had to climb over my husband everytime I needed to use the bathroom which woke home up. Not a smart layout at all. We are both small people so I would Not recommend this hotel for anyone large. The property is very clean and lobby is nice. The location is good near theaters & Buckingham Palace. The staff was definitely nice and helpful.

Very new-looking, spotlessly clean (watch out for the robot vacuuming the corridors), big comfy bed with high quality bedding, decent shower. Very compact, made good use of available space - but some may prefer not to have the bed touching the wall on 3 sides. Good location, friendly staff & cool lounge/cafe/bar area. Would stay again.

Great hotel, very convenient, love the lighting.
I really enjoyed the stay in this very convenient, reasonably-priced hotel. The staff are friendly, and the room itself is comfortable. Their system for setting room lighting is great for those of us who like different levels of light for different purposes. The rooms themselves are small by design, in that living rooms are common areas, so the guest rooms are the width of the king bed. The shower is also great. Be aware there is no gym. Westminster Abbey, the Parliament buildings, and Buckingham Palace are all within 20 minutes' walk, and Victoria Station, one block away, gets you everywhere. Multiple theaters are also close by for shows like Hamilton and Wicked. Unfortunately, there is a homeless area on Victoria St. near the hotel, but if you cross the street you'll avoid them.

Close to the tube, we walked to buckingham palace, Westminster, London eye all easily from the hotel. Room was a great place to sleep the lobby bar was excellent and food was pretty good! Would easily stay again!
