Great location, but room could be improved.

Unfortunately, we were awakened by a false fire alarm 4 times in the middle of the night during our stay. This led us having to climb down several floors in the emergency exit 4 times...each time, the hotel staff said "false alarm" and please go back to bed...HOW do they expect someone to return back to sleep after a disruption like that? As a token for the inconvenience, they offered a "free drink" on the house...a decent gesture, but I don't think it went far enough. More importantly, the shower had mold on the walls and crevices...gross. Better cleanliness and hygiene should be expected. Should expect better for price paid. On a positive note, the location was excellent...only a short street crossing to get to the Underground train station.

Great location

We stayed for 1 night and overall had a pleasant experience. Check in was very smooth. Me and my friends arrived early and was expecting the room to not be ready this eary and was about to just drop off our bags but staff said our room was already ready and could use it. Close to central location and good food nearby. As we went during heatwave we could return to the hotel often to cool down. Only 1 tiny thing was slightly off putting during checkout we left our bags for storage planned to collect it later in the day. When collecting our bags later in the day wait at reception was rather long and 3 staff members were busy with 1 set of customer and when we got attention of 1 staff they were hasty and not helpful in locating our bags.

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. The air conditioner barely works and will stay between 22-24. The windows do not open and it is unbelievably hot to the point where I had to check out early. The staff and manager said a refund will be given for the last night and after check out when I contacted them for the refund

Great hotel but

There was a noise from the water system- whistling noise from the pipes - for most of the night which kept us awake. We reported it to reception who said we should have called and would have been moved rooms. We didn’t as we were already unpacked and in bed. Hopefully it is repaired soon as otherwise this is a great hotel.
