I had to go down to London Ontario for a surgery on my arm I was in the hospital for four days was only expecting to be there for two the hotel is very accommodating and I need extra rooms for my girlfriend to stay although some rooms may have been booked but she was able to keep the room that we originally booked. The staff there was very accommodating it’s not the Taj Mahal but if you’re looking for a relatively priced place to stay just to get the job done it’s the perfect place

This hotel is a dump. Plaster falling off the walls. Bathroom unclean and tub had chips in it. Under vanity and behind toilet not painted and plaster falling off. Hallways were missing ceiling tiles. Carpets were dirty and had mud all over them. We had no hot water for 2 days of our 3 day stay. Had to wash and shower at a community sports rink. Staff did not seem to care. Sketchy area. Contacted Wyndham Customer care. They said someone would get back to me in a week. Only reason we booked there was our reservation at another hotel was cancelled 2 weeks before our stay as their renovations were not complete. Very little choice. BEWARE. DO NOT STAY HERE.

check in was slow. Stayed 2 nights - 2 adults. 1 small bath towel each, 1 hand towel & 1 facecloth to share. No room service after first night! Had to ask for more towels, coffee, cups. Cleaning lady said no to towels, but did give us more coffee & cups. Halls were really dirty, carpets, doors, walls-looks like the carpets had not been vacuumed for a month. Tub backed up! Plumber cleared the drain of 'guk'! Our keys didn't work after the first night. I complained about this and how unhappy we were about the room - not one word back from the people at the front desk!!! Seemed like they didn't care! They sent a plumber and more towels! Bed & room were tidy, furniture in poor condition. However, would not recommend this place - they need to clean it up and make some serious repairs & provide better basic amenities!

Terrible experience in the inn. There is no any towel in the bathroom. Called reception several times, got three bath towels, no hand and face towel. Supervisor said they were shortage of towel, not only my room. I used my hand wash face and use tissue to dry in the morning. Big noise when next room takes shower. Never book the brand inn again.
