There was a dead cockroach in the washroom and we spotted two other cockroaches running around the room near our stuff. We had to check out early but I need a full refund for this inconvenience. They need to get rid of all the cockroaches in the hotel before letting guests book.

Bedding was very stained, we had no blankets or pillows for the pull out coach, dumpster was right infront of our window with lits of garbage on the ground, we barely slept we heard screaming almost all night, i think we payed too much .

It was reasonable value. The one bed was broken, but hey, the second one was quite perfect and gave me a great sleep! Reasonable value. I would go there again. Why don't you vacuum the corridor carpets? Touch up the paint?

Looks like they have been doing renovations in the hotel. The room itself was a nice size. Bathroom was okay. The counter & sink were too low. Would have suited a short person. Shower was okay. The beds were somewhat comfortable but squeeky. Kept us from having a good nights sleep. A little disappointing.

- The hotel itself looked rundown - the Room door wouldnt open or close easily - i was the first to shower and i had cold water then it would fluctuate to warm and then bck to cold while it was cranked to Hot - AC unit was louder than a human snoring

Staff was incredibly rude upon my arrival at the front desk. Was unable to get the name of the staff member but he was rude and unwelcoming. Hotel was dirty and floors needed vacuuming throughout the hallways. My hotel room’s floor was super scratched and dirty. Bathroom door in hotel room would brush up against the tub. Unsafe area and can hear conversations from people talking in the hall way. Lots of construction in that area and was super difficult to navigate through. Room also smelt like a decaying and foul odour. Had to air out room for 20 minutes so the air was breathable. Horrible experience and I will not be returning or recommending this stay to anyone.

No toiletries, empty bottles in the shower, holes in the wall, bed was uncomfortable, small loveseat stunk with stains on it, main lobby and hallways filthy...travel for work all the time and this is one of the worse I have been in. Exterior of the building was not the fault of the hotel due to city construction

Horrible Hotel - Never Again
This hotel was filthy. Took forever to be greeted. Hallways did not appear to have been vacuumed in a long time. Room stunk of cigarette smoke. When I spoke to the front desk and asked them if other rooms would have the same level of cleanliness, he said "what are you expecting? The Four Points by Sheraton?" I was at the hotel for a total of 6 mins, and they refused to give me a refund.
