Couple Christmas vacation
The hotel was excellent, the staff was its biggest asset. The breakfast was good, although it didn't include an omelette or anything like that, and if you wanted it, it was an extra charge. Two things bothered me, the first and main one is that in the hotel lobby (which is small) there is an entrance to the bar and every day dozens of people line up every afternoon and evening to get in. It's a very unpleasant feeling when you enter the hotel and have to ask people in the lobby to move in order to get into the room. The second thing is that the window in the room faces the air conditioners, so we couldn't even open it to ventilate without the terrible noise of the engines.

Wonderful hotel in London
This was our first time staying at Dukes. The service, quality of the room, and the overall wonderful ambience of the hotel makes this my favorite hotel in London. I also love the location. All the shopping and restaurants were within walking distance or a short taxi ride away. The restaurant was also very nice. We will be back.

A True 5-star experience
This hotel was truly 5 star. Service over the top, extremely comfy and quiet room, great restaurant and food. Location near major tourist areas but on a very quiet side street. The service is what really impressed me. Will definitely stay here again.

Birthday celebration
Muriel really made me feel special upon check in, for my birthday. It was such a pleasant surprise to find balloons, a card, some treats, and even a little Dukesy plush waiting for me in our room. We really loved how quiet and tucked away the location of the hotel was, plus a convenient walk to a lot of great spots. Will definitely be staying again in the future. Thank you!
