The check-in was terrible. The first phone no. I called said they weren’t working, then the other one claimed someone was at the property, which they weren’t. When someone turned up, he didn’t have a clue and couldn’t check me in. He made me wait in a tiny kitchen while he phoned someone, who could eventually check me in. Then they wouldn’t take a card payment. Luckily, I had £50 on me, but they had no change, so overcharged me by £2.00 which I never got back. The room was fine once I finally got to it, but it should not take over half an hour to check into a pretty ropey property. It’s unprofessional and bad for the image of the website. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
