Nice hotel, clean rooms and bathroom, friendly staff, coffee, tea, hot chocolate available all day in dinning area, but they should improve breakfast options, if you don't like fried breakfast there is not much continental choices(no joghourts or fresh fruits, sliced cheese, sliced ham etc). No hair dryer in bathroom, But l would reccomend this hotel, as its clean.

Expensive and did not get the value for my money. Paid $200 per night for a very small room. No refrigerator. Noisy air conditioning. Could not sleep. No facial tissues.

Don’t get a room facing the sun if it’s a hot day!
Let’s start with the good - 15 min walk from Stratford, new building, nice rooms, pleasant staff. I happened to have booked a room on a very hot day. They must have known how hot the room got as the small windows were open when I checked in. However, it was only warm air coming in and noisy, so I put on the a/c. This didn’t seem to work very well, so I asked if I could move to a cooler room, but they were fully booked. So they gave me a key to keep the a/c on and I went out for the day. I got back around 10pm. The room was still stifling hot. The a/c didn’t work. I had to revert to watering a towel to try and keep cool. All I want in an hotel room is quiet and cool and a comfy bed. I hardly slept all night and can’t comment on the breakfast as I was so tired and annoyed I left as soon as possible in the morning. I did tell them about the a/c and suggested they get a fan for the room. All in all a very unpleasant nice in a nice room

Disappointing
**Review for Hotel DC:** I would not recommend Hotel DC at all. I ended up not staying here because the experience with the staff was so unpleasant from the start. They were incredibly rude and unprofessional, especially if you’re a female traveler. The attitude was dismissive and made me feel unwelcome from the moment I arrived. To make matters worse, the hotel has been raided, which is obviously concerning. I regret even booking this place—it was a mistake that I won’t make again. Overall, a terrible experience, and I suggest avoiding this hotel entirely.

Totally fantastic budget hotel worth every penny.
For a budget hotel this place is phenomenal. The staff are excellent and only too willing to help. There are only 2 pillows in the room which was not enough for us, I asked at reception if we could have 2 more and they brought them to our room within 10 minutes. There's a full English breakfast included in the price which we didn't expect, we thought it would be a continental one. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was perfect and spotlessly clean as was the whole hotel. There's a small patio area out the back with tables and chairs. Unlimited tea/coffee/hot chocolate and orange or lemon squash 24 hrs a day. The hotel is a little bit away from things but if you like the tube and walking then it's a perfect place to stay. The nearest pub is 0.6 miles away but the walk is flat. The whole area is flat so it's an easy walk whichever way you go. We took an iron with us and a travel ironing mat but my wife struggled to iron on the bed. I asked if they had an ironing board we could borrow and they gave me one straight away they also asked if we needed an iron, they don't advertise the fact they have them but they will lend them out free of charge. This is an ideal hotel for anyone going to watch abba voyage. It's around 30 to 40 minutes walk away. We will definitely rebook this hotel the next time we plan a trip to London. The tube/buses are fare capped by tfl at £10 maximum a day regardless of how many journeys made in that day. They should be proud of their standards here.

A smart hotel just right for our needs
A smart, new looking hotel suitable for our 1-night stay. Room was pristine, quite minimalist In furniture but bed very comfortable. Had 1 clever hanging shelf for clothes but could probably do with more storage units/drawers, certainly if you’re staying longer. I guess the owners are trying to keep rooms clutter free. Bathroom again was pristine clean. Hotel close to a busy road and, although the room had aircon, we preferred the window open at night. This obviously lead to a fair amount of traffic noise, the odd siren etc. but we were able to sleep through it. Breakfast was self-serve buffet style and cooked items were tasty and plentiful. There was no Oat milk on display, but was provided when we asked for some, so good service there. Unique selling point was the coffee / tea / juices on tap from the moment you walked into the hotel. Just help yourself - That was a nice touch that we appreciated. Hotel has a small amount of free parking spaces out front. We arrived by train, and is 15 mins walk from the stations and Westfield to the Hotel. We were able to leave our bags for a while after checkout. All in all, a nice find for what we wanted, at a good price, coupled with a friendly, smiling service at the front desk.

Good basic room had all I needed

Basic hotel for access to Stratford area
Hotel was perfectly clean and well maintained. The room allocated though was small with a small bed, not enough pillows, air conditioning that was not really enough for the room. In other words just feels a bit basic. Breakfast was self service and food quality and choice was pretty basic too

Good little hotel
Very good stay , nice little hotel in a good location, room was clean and well equipped .. bed was comfy , only qualm was the pillows, could have done with extra ones or them being replaced with bigger plumper ones , breakfast was good.. best thing was about this place was the staff, everyone of them were polite and welcoming and always on hand if needed anything.. highly recommend and will definitely stay again if in the area.

Nice hotels but small room
Nice hotel but the room was really small and not well laid out. The bed was pushed to the wall and would have been difficult to get out of if there were 2 people sharing it. TV was at high level to the side which made it difficult to see. Room was however clean and modern. Free tea and coffee in the lounge was a bonus but breakfast left a lot to be desired. Not the best breakfast I've had in a hotel but not the worst either.

I liked that it had most of the things you expect in a hotel, AC, private toilet. The breakfast was nice. The staff was friendly. I was alone, and my only thing I didn’t like, was on days when breakfast was busy, the smaller tables, for one (or two) persons, seemed to be placed in awkward places.
