This hotel is conveniently located near the Victoria station, just down the block. Trains and underground are accessible. Across the street from the station is the Victoria theater showing Wicked. Going the other way from the hotel are many restaurants, bars, and a nice grocery store. The breakfast that comes with our reservation was as good as any cruise ship offerings. The room was more than adequate with a lovely, nicely updated bathroom. We loved staying there and will again when in London.

‘wicked’ Stay
Lovely clean hotel with very friendly helpful staff. We stayed there as going to see Wicked at the Victoria Apollo. It was very conveniently located. It was literally a two minute walk to the theatre with a Wetherspoons conveniently located in between - great for a pre-show drink. Victoria Station also is the straight across the road from the theatre. Therefore as two females travelling it was great as didn’t feel vulnerable getting to the theatre at night - hence for anyone with these anxieties it is a fabulous choice of hotel. Highly recommend.

I did not like that we had a member of staff knocking at the door at 8:10am saying it was showing we had checked out. We had early breakfast then went to rest more but was woken when they almost entered the room until I shouted out to stop them. Check out was at 12:00 so we more time.

Sign posting to the dining area across the road was appalling . Repeatedly I came across groups of people confused in signless corridors over which corridor to go down. In the end on my return to my room a helpful assistant in the restaurant showed me a lift which took me to the fifth floor . The original info I had been given directed me to a route from the second floor. If it hadn’t been for this later info being provided I would never have returned to stay in your hotel.
