We really enjoyed Riu Plaza London hotel. It is a newer development, built just in 2023, very clean and trendy. Offers nice rooms with comfortable beds, necessary room amenities, cleanest bathrooms. We loved that besides elevators, we could use an open staircase by the windows. Great breakfast with tremendous variety of choices for any taste. Very much worth it! Recommend!

This hotel is Excellent! Location is perfect for navigating the city, service and amenities were on point, and the breakfast is seriously well done. Careful booking though via Hotels.com. They actually reserved our room through Expedia—which we hate for good reasons. When we checked in we found they booked us in the BASEMENT! I was so mad. But they gave us a room on the top floor with the most incredible views for only 25 GBP per night. Credit to the hotel staff, not Hotels.com. We will be complaining; but again The Hotel was awesome.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I had the misfortune of my room being right by a lift, which was not ideal and the room view was nothing to look at. The rooms were not super warm; however, the staff were always wonderful, the breakfast dining options had lots of gluten free and vegetarian options, and we were always treated with the highest respect.

Nice base to stay in central London. Quiet area. Neat restaurants around. Right close to the Victoria train station. Breakfast has so many options. Would stay here again.

This is a big hotel a bit too big we were on the first floor but it was a hike across a bridge to reach the room not good if you are in a hurry but the breakfast was excellent and well handled the rooms are comfortable and quiet
