for the environment it is good, there are two issues first the towels they provide are very old and the deposit they require from guests is inappropriate

Very friendly staff, big clean rooms, in a brilliant location on the high street and a 2 minute walk to the train station to get to London. The TVs have Netflix and the shower was great. Breakfast is free but only a small continental selection with limited seating. There are only a few parking spaces. The rest of the road parking requires a residents permit Mon-Fri, but fine weekends and bank holidays. I recommend this hotel if you're looking for easy access to London in a big comfortable room without the London price tag. Small tip -they dont do separate hand towels but are more than happy to provide an extra shower towel on arrival :)

2 nights stay
The reception staff were great, Asif was very helpful and accommodating. A hand towel would be useful only a small bath towel was provided (I'd prefer this to be a little larger). I asked for extra tea and coffee and they happily gave me this. A point to note is you have to be lucky with the parking outside and over the road. Overall a really good experience.

Standard budget hotel, i think i t was a little expensive for the type of hotel it is. It's a new building which is why they are advertising as a hotel but it's a standard B&B. No Parking which is a nuisance and breakfast was just cereal and toast, nothing special.

This is a local hotel in close to a very busy main road full of frankly asian people. It didn't matter a samosa that I am Asian they were very a great hotel for me my mum and my sister to stay in - Highly recommended

I was extreamly disappointed with my stay. I had paid alot of money to stay at this hotel but was very unpleasent. I had seen rats outside the building near the side gate, which put me and my wofe off eating at the hotel and felt unsafe in our room. The bed sheets had stains on and i got them changed by the cleaner. I then was waiting for 15 minutes at the reception to wait for someone to give me some tea bags, as no one was manning the reception. To make it worst on the first morning we we asleep and someone opened our door while we were in bed asleep. This was very frightening for my wife and left us uncomfortable for the remainder of our stay. I would like to request a full refund as they stay has spoilt my romantic weeknd in london.

Clean, lots of shops around. I have booked a double bedroom, unfortunately I had 2 singles bed connected and on the middle of the bed you could feel it. Otherwise nice hotel.

Stayed in a single room, specifically room 23 on the third floor. Being a single room it was a little compact, but it had plenty of space for my 2 suitcases and a pretty big bathroom. The facility was clean and well maintained. I did not get a chance to try out the breakfast facilities.
