Great room, good size and very clean. Possible need some more utensils in kitchen but ok. Lovely to have a couch area and the views from our floor were fab! Loved the location and staff friendly and helpful. Great having a cafe in the lobby.

The room was a great size and very comfortable. It had everything you would need and the bathroom is a great size. There is some minor wear/tear/stains which is to be expected but everything was clean and tidy. The staff were lovely and check in/out was a breeze. Perfectly located right by the tube and near loads of lovely restaurants and shops to pick up what you might need!

This hotel is located 200m South of Aldgate East tube station, the entrance is either through the coffee shop or around the back. Check in was efficient, but an addional card authority was requested. We were given top story room as I requested. The room was clean and spacious, with an excellen view of the city ; it had a kitchenette with wash machine, dish washer and fridge. The shower was powerful and hot, the amenites all worked. Monor points were the bed mattress was dish shaped and probably needs to be replaced , and only one towel provided. We paid £140 for the room. Other than that, I would highly recommend the room and hotel and would score it as a mid range 4 star hotel.

The room was sizeable and very clean with all the amenities that you need for a stay. The staff are very welcoming and quick to resolve any issues that came up. The only drawback was that our bed seemed to dip in the middle so we didn’t get the best night sleep. But it is in a well connected location, close to key central landmarks and I would stay there again.

Clean room, great location if you don’t want to be in the center of the crowded tourist areas all the time, very close to underground stations to get to other areas of London. On-site coffee shop was high quality and great for quick breakfast before heading out for the day.
