Great value, close enough to everything. Like many other reviews, there is some traffic noise, so if that affects you don't stay here, it didn't affect us and we would stay again.

Great base for exploring Notting Hill.
Very well located, spacious and well appointed studio. More space than you would expect. Quite a bit of road noise if you leave the window open but overall well recommended.

It was comfortable enough but I didn’t get the apartment I booked. I originally booked the Notting hill location but was moved to Holland Park because of a double booking.

The apartment was in a good location for what I needed and the communication was good, so getting in etc was fine. Although the key on a key ring would have been better. It was clean and modern but the bed wasn’t that comfy and the shower was a bit tired. Also, when it said Kitchenette, I thought there’d be an oven but it was just a microwave. But I managed to get a pizza delivered by Deliveroo without any confusion so that was a bonus! But unfortunately, it was the noise that let it down. Not sound proofed at all and the front door needed slamming in order for the lock to engage and each internal door was equally as noisy. A dog barked ALL night on my first night and on the second, someone arrived at 1am in the room next door and proceeded to bang there suitcase against everything and then roll it around their room for the next hour, SO frustrating!! Oh and it seems that anyone Italian wants to shout and sing constantly, whatever the time of day!! This wasn’t ideal for sitting exams on little sleep. I wouldn’t stay again unfortunately as i’ve realised I prefer the safety of a hotel.

We had a great stay in Notting Hill. The neighbourhood is absolutely lovely and the appartment in good condition. The only thing that bothered us a little bit was that the building was quite noisy which kept us from sleeping from time to time.

I was really happy with my stay. My fianceé and I would book here again in a heartbeat. The location is great, and was a great value for the price. The room and bathroom are clean and nice. I read in other reviews that people were bothered by street noise, but we both grew up in big cities and didn't find it too disruptive.

Clean, tidy and private
A nice private basement apartment. All the facilities I needed for a reasonable price. The best thing for me was the total privacy and the fact I had my own key to my own front door etc. Very clean, very tidy. The only thing I would change if it was possible (which it isn't) is the distance to the tube station.

Flay 1 needs double glazing. The noise from the road is just too much. The apartment also needs more subtle lighting to read at night without having to have full spot lights on. Felt very 'studenty' without any elements to make the space a little softer.
