Lovely guesthouse
The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The owner was very friendly and sociable. The breakfast was amazing. This stay was well worth the money paid.

We found this guest house very easily and we were met by Lekha. She was so welcoming and showed us around the house, explained a lot and gave us ideas for dinner options. This guesthouse is in a great location, the rooms are comfortable, the breakfasts are amazing!! It’s in a very quiet location. Only drawback is no lift if you have big bags with you. That did not impair our stay. We recommend this guesthouse and hope to be back.

I stayed in the one-guest room. The room was clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Close proximity to Belsize Park Tube station, which made it easy to get around. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Kind staff. I would stay here again.

Primrose Guest House is in a lovely part of London close to public transport, cafes and shops, but on a quiet and peaceful street. Lekha responded quickly to messages and the room was clean and comfortable

Perfect stay in Primrose Hill
We had the most lovely stay at Primrose Guest House. Lekha, the landlady, is so welcoming and made our stay a very comfortable one. The breakfast is amazing and our room was just perfect. So lovely to stay in an accommodation which is so much more personnal.

Proper job at Primrose House!
I’m ashamed to say I didn’t ask our host’s name so sadly I can’t refer to her by name. She was very welcoming and warm. The room was comfortable and completely fulfilled our needs for our stay. Breakfast was fulsome. Our host made my full English beautifully, every element was just as it should be. She was friendly and willing to chat, but was also discreet and sensitive. It felt home from home which was very welcome. I thoroughly recommend Primrose House to anyone looking for a more personal, homely experience in the great metropolis

Had an amazing time at Primrose. Close to the metro line and lots of restaurants and bars all within walking distance. The host was so amazing. She made you feel very welcome and was very accommodating. She allowed us to drop off our luggage hours before check in. Make sure you take advantage of the breakfast, it was truly delicious. The room was small but had everything you could possibly need. Highly recommend.

Lekha, her guest house and the wonderful neighborhood give such a wonderful boost to your stay. She's done a fine remodel of a classic terrace house to facilitate each guestroom. And the breakfast room and its food is lovely. But as I say, as a Londoner, it is the good uplifting human spirit shared here that I really wanted to acknowledge.
