I checked in, within 30 minutes all of the electricity went out (across the whole hotel), no tv, no restaurant, staff had no idea of any local restaurants to recommend. Came to check out they could not provide me with a receipt nor could they comment about a refund
Staff were excellent - very attentive and helpful. Very clean & tidy. Rooms are compact, but great location across the road from the Lizzie Line directly into London
The room was rather small but I was a solo traveller so was great for me. Very nicely decorated and clean, shower room was beautiful, lovely pink wash basin! Receptionist was friendly. I got off the Tube and the Hotel was right next door, perfect
Nice, small rooms but adequate for our stay. Was unhappy to be charged an extra £50 holding fee that was clearly in the very very small print somewhere but i did get it back before i checked out, just didnt see the point of it as i got it back before i left...
First time staying the a Spark hotel and am amazed! I wish there were more! Really friendly greeting when entering the main door and was shown to reception to check in. The rooms are beautiful, a really comfortable bed and no outside noise. Spotless throughout the room. Breakfast was an added bonus with a friendly and helpful team.
The hotel is in a great area with lots of shopping and dining within walking distance. The rooms are small but perfect for a solo traveler. The staff were friendly and super helpful- from helping me get dressed into an outfit requiring extra hands to directing me to stores. Would stay again.
It was a nice room , unfortunately parking is not so great at the location is near at bus lane .
The price of the room was very expensive just for an overnight stay .
Unfortunately unbroken to myself someone was knocking at my door late at night and when I opened the door no one was as there very annoying and unprofessional .
Staff unprofffesional cold sausage bacon beans hash browns. Out of date yoghurts dated 25/6 I stayed 28/6-30/6. Toaster but no bread. Security who are more concerned about watching videos on his phone.
This isn’t 3 star maybe there pretending to be 3 star.
Staff can’t be bothered room are far too small can never classed as accessible friendly no space to put your bag apart from on your bed. Health and safety hazard.
Surely this doesn’t meet the safety standards.
Staff don’t know how to use chrome cast function or can’t help you.
Unfit to be open more foreign staff (cleaned running around ).
No they don’t have parking like they claim. Parking is in the hear by shopping centre brewery or Liberty

I am Nikhil Amin kindly inform that my booking reference number is 72055721252931. I come from the USA due to work and stay at spark by Hilton london Romford at 4/06 to 7/06. But I have some problems so I address you.
Your staffs are not co operative and it’s take too longer to get any kind of services.
And main things is at night bed bugs on the bed so I can’t sleep properly later it I inform the your staff at midnight and they arrange the another room and shift to another room but this whole process take too much longer time due to your staff late response so I can’t sleep probably and next day I attend the meeting and do work. But I can’t focus on my work due to lack of sleep because I already traveled from the USA and it’s almost 12 hours journey and again face this kind of problem so not well performed in my work so my client was disappointed for my work and I describe all things but they never understood situation.
So suggest me what should I do. And I want to claim compensation.

I highly recommend don’t book hotel by hotels.com because everything happens no responsibility. No solution only just saying try. And the motel never go room no 400 to much bad bugs.
