Decent enough budget hotel a block from Paddington station. Rooms are small, as expected for the area and price. Hotel could use a lick of paint and the carpets are well past the time they should have been cleaned, and the showers can use a good scrub too. On a lower floor? You will hear the tube and trains. Someone always at the desk, you leave your key there and it’s one less thing to lose. For a couple nights, a good enough choice.

Plumbing was not good in our first room- sink did not flow well and toilet had to be pumped to flush. We had another room on our return trip which was much better.

Quite a trendy modernised building. If you are in basement rooms the subway train noises repetitively could cause you to wake but they do stop after midnight and dont start again. Room 1614 could do with a blind on bathroom door as is looking to courtyard and other room could see you walking around naked! Also a deadlock chain on door too. Bath towels wont wrap round a size 16 body. Would stay there again, very convenient location next to Paddington. We stayed in a superior twin.

The property is a walking distance to Paddington Station where you can catch trains direct to Heathrow Airport and also fast trains to other parts of UK. Most convenient place to stay if you are looking for a place just to sleep overnight or couple of days. There is Hilton Hotel nearby that I go for breakfast....and there are excellent restaurants in the neighborhood - love this neighborhood

This is a cute hotel, very traditional, with beautifully renovated rooms. It is super convenient near Paddington station. There are not lots of faciliites, and rooms are basic. But it's a great place to stay in London.

We had a great stay at St Davids. The hotel is in very good condition and very well-located in the Paddington area, at a walking distance from pretty much everything and just 5-min from the Paddington station. The rooms are quite small but this was expected; note that you may be assigned (as we were) on the last floor (5th) with no elevator. They also offer to keep luggages for late check-out for no additional fee which was very much appreciated.

my stay was great! staff was very nice. quick walk to paddington station. only cons were you have to leave ur key at the door whenever you leave, no fridge in the single room, and to have a guest in the room, you have to pay an extra fee. other than that everything was great!
