The hotel was in the perfect location for troubadour, Wembley arena and stadium, excellent shopping. Room was clean, shame about the large pillar which was a bit of a hazard at night negotiating it in the dark! Cooked breakfast was disappointing, would would have been good to have a choice and because we didn't, we left food. It wasn't clear how we ordered it. Continental had a good choice.

Room was large and very clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was easy. Only a short walk to the station and the outlet - excellent location. Nothing to fault, apart from a missing plug for the bath tub.

Rooms are good size and location is convenient. However, it is very noisy (street noise and neighbors) and cleanliness is not up to par for an hotel. There were hair in the shower, stains on the wall tiles in the bathroom and the kettle had not been cleaned (the water was yellow and had a foul smell so it must have been there for a while).

Booked a twin room with my son as we were going to a concert in Wembley. Check in was easy, although i was asked for a £50 deposit to cover amy damages. Was told i could pay card or cash so i offered to go and get cash and was then told not to worry about it. Hotel and room were clean but in need of redecorating. Beds were really comfortable and we both slept really well. Breakfast avaianle was continental, had to ask for English and again dining room was ckean but shabby, floor tiles damaged No tables were set for breakfast just grabbed a plate and cutlery. That being said, would stay there again as was very convenient and staff very helpful and friendly

The staff could not have been better, very friendly and helpful. Location for Wembley Stadium was excellent! Not much in the way of catering or food and drink at the hotel itself, but there were convenience stores near by and a basic continental breakfast. I would definitely stay again if attending a Wembley event.

Convenient as only a few minute walk from Wembley stadium but wouldn’t stay again longer than 1 night Not very clean, room has no windows for ventilation, bathroom door wouldn’t close or lock, bath plug didn’t work and shower head was leaking and spraying everywhere Breakfast was also not great with a choice of just croissants and toast and 2 cereals Not worth it, would rather pay more and stay elsewhere

Do not stay at this hotel. Expedia rate as 4* more like 2*. We were placed in a disabled room - not appropriate for us. Heating is managed by reception and the room was so hot. There was a missing lightbulb from lamp. A kettle base with no kettle. The bathroom door would not shut - the lights kept turning off for no reason - we paid a lot of money for one night and it definitely was not 4* and felt like a hostel. The was not a bar or dining facility - there was breakfast but if you saw the curtains of this place you would not eat in there. We actually left the property as the main concern was the smell of gas and this was unsafe. We were told we could get a refund through Expedia after contacting Expedia and having to find another hotel - to stay in they said they would not refund as the hotel would not refund - this hotel needs to be downgraded and is unsafe

Bed had springs nearly poking through - terrible bed - luckily only there for one night otherwise would have checked out - poor value for money Fridge broken and iced up so very noisy / aircon smelt of smoking

Excellent location for attending events at Wembly. It is a short walk to the venue. The actual room was slightly a tad bit worn. There was noticeable stains on ceiling and walls. However, it was a comfortable stay and staff was excellent.

We stayed here after a night at Wembley stadium which was perfect walking distance even though very pricey the room was clean and comfortable the bed was very soft like a giant pillow. And a small magnifying mirror in the bathroom was perfect for doing make-up. Breakfast in the morning was good although more options on the cooked breakfast would be nice it just came as a set breakfast which is fine but whej u have people who cant eat mushroom or beans it then becomes difficult to eat around beans. Overall a lovely stay in a smart looking room.
