My stay at The Waldorf Hilton, London was wonderful. Douglass Reid and the entire staff made me feel comfortable and safe from the moment I arrived. I was especially grateful when Nisrine let me know my room was ready early and invited me to pick up my key. After traveling, that small gesture meant so much. The service was warm, professional, and truly attentive throughout my stay. The location is also perfect, sightseeing bus stopping right outside the hotel door, which made getting around so easy. The room was tired and the balcony doors taped shut and a very loud air conditioning unit installed as the room was oppressively hot at night so you were either awake because of the heat or the noise. A really bad experience.
