Great value for money. Generally it was a great place. A little drafty at times through the window but a great place to just put down your head. Very good value for money. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Very clean and tidy room, with kettle and various teabags, coffee and chocolate. Excellent reception service! Super position. Only downside: room a bit cold

Affordable, clean hotel with friendly staff and good housekeeping. Close to Victoria line so easy to travel around Central London to Brixton south of the river. Could have offered some small items such as shower caps, toothpaste etc whether free or with a small charge. Would stay there again.

Very small room, but a pretty good deal

The hotel is in a very convenient location in Pimlico, and the accommodation is fine. The room was very small, but the beds were pretty comfortable. We knew it would not be spacious, but there was really no place to unpack at all, so for a six-night stay, we spent a lot of time pulling out luggage and stashing it away again. More hooks, hangers and shelves would help a lot. The desk was very small, and if anyone sat there, the others couldn't get around them. The bathroom was fine, except it smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. The rest of the room did not at all; just the bathroom. Overall it was about what we expected, but maybe a little more cramped.
