Hotel clean but room cleaned service practically non existent..A few characters seemed to be on the lobby constantly which I found a bit odd I don't even think they were staying there. We didn’t feel safe entering and leaving the property with the amount of rough looking people lurking all up and down the street in front of the hotel. Parking was inconvenient as well.

Stay was 100percent from start to finish booked in by andy gentleman he was explained everything to a t all staff from management to housekeepers well mannered and helpful room was clean and well equiped even a ironboard and iron bed was great we had a great nights sleep we will be back at sometime in the future

First of all I had a really great experience with the front desk staff and a special shout out to Louis taking care of us at dinner, he went so above and beyond and was amazing! The area outside the hotel we did not feel super safe in. And at around 2 am we had someone violently kick out hotel room door which was very scary and unnerving for us. We were on edge the rest of the night/morning

Hotel staff are so kind and brilliant craic and very central to everywhere Have stayed in this hotel evetytime we go away for a weekend in Derry and would not stay anywhere else Breakfast is amazing included in the price eat what you want Defo going back again soon!
