Escondem preços, avisam só na hora do check-in que tem que pagar: estacionamento e estadia do pet. Quaisquer regra sobre o pet deveria avisar antes de chegar no hotel, porque se estamos pagando um HOTEL, quer dizer que NÃO SOMOS DA CIDADE. Falar que não aceitam pet de porte médio e grande, que não pode deixar o pet sozinho no momento do check-in é o certo? Pessoas que não sabem desses detalhes devem voltar pra cidade delas, ou cancelar o check-in e pagar multa? Total falta de consideração com o cliente, se coloquem no lugar. Além disso, não tinha toalha no hotel, tivemos que pedir. Nunca vi um hotel que não deixa toalhas à disposição. Não tinha toalha de rosto, tinha um TAPETE em cima da pia e achei q era uma toalha de rosto (só descobri que era tapete depois de ver avaliações com fotos e as pessoas tinham colocado o pano branco com o mesmo padrão de linhas no chão). Não tinha água na geladeira, tínhamos que buscar na recepção todas as vezes (detalhe: estávamos no 5º andar). Ah, levem champoo e CONDICIONADOR. eles economizam e deixam 50ml de um 2 em 1... Pra homem, ok, mas pra mulher.... Acho que deveriam avisar essas coisas pra não precisar ter que passar na farmácia e ficar comprando coisas que deveriam fornecer. Estava esquecendo que eles não servem comida, mas deixam um cadápio de um restaurante no quarto. Não somos da cidade então ficou confuso... Eles não disponibilizam talheres e a recepção não atendia. De resto normal, tem academia quase nova e café da manhã bom.

Pontos positivos: Acomodação muito boa. Quarto novo ou recém reformado. Café da manhã excelente. Para o jantar, restaurante parceiro muito bom. Entregam no quarto e a comida é deliciosa.
