Paid for the view
Customer service was poor. Reservation was very expensive more then our other family member and they could not accommodate or make arrangenments. Air in the room did not work, door lock did not work and the patio was dirty. I got bit by a wasp and they could not care less. I was at the checking counter and they did not even bother to ask if I need it assistance. Staff from reception and HR need more training. It is an expensive hotel to not have a good customer service. The only thing that save this hotel was the view.

El hotel está algo descuidado, el gran problema es la falta de personal. El desagüe de nuestra regadera estaba tapado, no podíamos bañarnos porque se desbordaba el agua, tardaron más de 40 min para enviar a alguien, lo mismo al solicitar toallas ya que no teníamos para todos la huéspedes. El servicio de comedor es pésimo, 30 minutos para que fueran a limpiar la mesa donde nos sentamos, Pedimos cena y el último platillo en llegar fue la entrada, el sabor de la comida muy malito. Los pocos empleados que hay hacen su esfuerzo pero no se dan abasto con los huéspedes, En general no fue el experiencia de servicio que esperábamos. El hotel en general está aceptable.

Beautiful property. Check in was nice. We arrived mid afternoon so the pm staff was there. Front desk was super nice upon check in and the security guard helped us right away with our luggage because the bellman was busy. Was happy with our room. All the rooms are ocean view. The patio exit was nice. Beautiful views of the beach, ocean and golf course. The pm staff at the pool bar was great. They were attentive and very friendly. Now for finding out that the am staff is completely different from the pm staff. Tried calling for room service quite a few times but no one answered. We figured they must be pretty busy so we decided to go to the restaurant for breakfast. There were only 3 tables with a cashier who was busy on his phone the whole time, 2 servers and 1 manager. The cashier told us to pick any table and then went back to his phone. We sat for over 10 minutes watching the servers basically bus tables and ignore us. We tried to get their attention but they kept running off so we left and never got served breakfast from the restaurant or room service. We had to leave the property to eat. The next day at lunch by the pool (am staff) the servers were inattentive and pretty much pissed off at the world. The young man with the mustache should just find a job outside of customer service as you can tell he hates it and everyone. He didn’t smile at anyone at the hotel and would basically walk away when you were mid sentence. So if you eat lunch at the pool wait until after 2pm

It was a very relaxing trip! I will say that Luis and Angel were absolutely amazing and made the stay easy while the other staff was very frustrating! Would not recommend getting the inclusive breakfast at all, they changed what we could get everyday. The beach and water was so close, that was amazing!
