Featuring three double rooms, bunk room, three bathrooms plus powder room, kitchen, open plan dining and lounge and a recreational space that must be seen to be appreciated. Wifi is available.

It’s an impressive space and one not found anywhere on the coast. It’s like being on school camp without the boring bits. Every room is styled and furnished with that fun beach flair and will bring a smile at every turn.

Both main living/dining and recreational room feature soaring ceilings, polished timber floors, split system heating cooling, and funky lighting. The rec room features everything from table tennis to arcade games, 85” smart TV, surround sound and much more.
Oh, did we mention the location? You can go for a dip in the ocean and not be dry by the time you get home. Those who know Lorne, know Smith Street is where you want to be.

Our arcade machines are vintage and must be treated with care when being used. We ask that these machines are not used by children under the age of 8.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
