Two queen beds in the bedrooms, one of which transforms into a futon, provide comfortable sleeping arrangements. The sofa in the living room converts to a bed for two, and an air mattress is also available, accommodating up to 6 guests. There is a smart HDTV with surround sound and Netflix for entertainment.

The highlight is the very large bathroom with custom shower bath suitable for multiple guests. In this part of the Hollywood Hills, free street parking is plentiful, making it convenient for you to explore the vibrant surroundings. This is the perfect central location to experience Los Angeles with many convenient destinations close by. Universal Studios and City Walk is a 10 min walk and from the Universal City Metro Station you can easily access Hollywood, Downtown, Pasadena, Santa Monica and Culver City. It's a longer hike (40 min) to the north entrance of Runyon Canyon - LA's famous hiking hotspot where you can frequently spot celebrities. Lake Hollywood, the Hollywood Sign, Griffith Observatory and Griffith Park are also easily accessible by car (10-15min).

* MAX NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS 6 - includes infants. All Outside Visitors Must Be Pre-Approved. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card.

* NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - due to the City of LA's strict ban of parties of large groups ** we need exact head counts of your guests at all times.

* NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS - Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $500 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.

* CITY OF LA NOISE ORDINANCE - QUIET HOURS: 10 pm – 8 am. No Outdoor Music or Loud Voices during this time.

* NO SMOKING Smoking is allowed outdoors only. ** If any trace of smoke is found inside the home, there will be a strictly enforced $500 fine and the cost to eliminate residual odors.

* In the event of an emergency to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, we reserve the right to enter the property.

* PET FEE $75 PER PET. MUST BE PRE- PAID PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL. Pets are not allowed on the beds or any furniture. Pets are not to be left unattended in the home.

* Absolutely no illegal substances or activities on premises. We will report any such activities to the authorities.

* No running or jumping in the front or back yards or deck. Be VERY careful with your steps and walking around outside - we are in the hills.

Great location
We were looking for a unique place to stay within walking distance to Universal Studios and this fit the bill perfectly!
