Stonewalled regarding leak

After promising compensation for major inconvenience caused by a leak in the bathroom ceiling & 24 hours of a loud dehumidifier taking up the entire bathroom, the host & property manager refused to answer my calls or messages. No compensation was received.

Blinds

The only thing to complain about is those California vertical blinds 😖 They’re flimsy, always falling off and not blocking the light well. I encountered them in EVERY rental apartment do I can’t hold it against this one. Apartment is comfy and as described. Would stay in it again 👍

Best stay yet in LA

We come often to LA and have stayed at several VRBO’s. This apartment was close to perfect and we will stay again. Natalie was exceptionally responsive to any questions. The location and views are terrific. The apartment is clean and well appointed. We would highly recommend!

Peaceful sanctuary in great location

Lovely unit with spectacular ocean view and a panorama of LA and the Hollywood hills. We found great places to eat, the pool was great, and I loved walking round the Historic Venice Canal District while my husband took a nap on the comfy bed. We ended up in a different unit than the one originally booked but the only thing that changed was some of the furniture. The manager Natalie was very responsive to questions, and accessing the parking and the unit couldn’t have been easier. Overall, this delivered precisely the relaxed LA getaway we’d hoped for.

LA Grandchild

Liv was very responsive to our requests. Lot's of space for 2 people. Balcony has a decent view of Venice Beach. Air conditioning was a bit noisy. Overall, a nice place to stay while visiting our new grandchild.

Great Marina del Rey property w/ocean view

Nicely located property in Marina del Rey. Property is located in a building with secure access and gated parking. Walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Reservation process was easy as property manager/owner is highly responsive to questions. Unit is well equipped including washer/dryer. Unit was clean and well taken care of. Ocean views from the property are excellent and north facing; Santa Monica pier is in your view....very nice. Recommended property.
