I had reservations for 2 rooms. Unfortunately when we arrived at 8pm only one of the rooms was ready. The other room had to be cleaned and we were made to wait a good 45 minutes before we got our second room. On the second day of our 3 day stay we requested cleaning service for our rooms but this was not done. When we returned at the end of the day we didn’t even have clean towels. A call to reception got us fresh towels and an apology for our rooms not being cleaned. Overall, a newer hotel with nice people working but not good service. Perhaps not enough personnel.

From the moment I arrived, Jonathon made me feel welcome and was incredibly accommodating in putting my rooms next to each other. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was delighted with the beautiful, well-appointed room. The decor was modern and stylish, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable—perfect for a good night's rest. If you’re staying here or in the area, the rooftop bar is a must sees. They have some of the best views of West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and the Hollywood sign. I’ll definitely be back!

I recently stayed at the AC and had an overall fantastic experience. The hotel is beautifully designed, with modern, comfortable rooms and an exceptional rooftop with incredible views. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met throughout my stay, specifically Jonathon at the front desk and Bobby the General Manager. The location is central and easy to get everywhere from. There was a temporary issue with TV in my room, it was quickly addressed communicated by the hotel staff which was appreciated. Top notch hospitality. I’ll definitely be returning!
