I was originally attracted by the lower price paired with the higher customer ratings. I was concerned about the West Adams location, but I didn’t see any negative comments about the area in the reviews. The hotel is new and has nice amenities. I always care about the immediate smell in the halls and rooms and they were clean and pleasant. The beds and crisp white linens were heavenly. The contemporary decor was simple and elegant. It was quiet and felt safe and secure inside. I appreciated bottled water included each day. The woman who checked me in was friendly and helpful. The parking was convenient and controlled and locked. We did not have time or need to explore the area, but it felt a little unsafe. I had not stayed in the West Adams area and did not know what to expect. It seems like an area that is in the process of improving. There are new apartment complexes and a few restaurants. It is 10-15 minute drive to USC. I would stay again, especially if the price remains lower than other boutique hotels.

I was in town for a concert just for a weekend. It was a perfect stay for me. Came in late Friday, staff recommended a restaurant within walking distance and then I had breakfast the next day at a nice local cafe. Room was clean and comfortable. Property was quiet. Easy check in/check out process. They do have a small garage and the staff has to let you in and out HOWEVER they will be working on getting a system where the guest can scan themselves in and out. The property is aesthetically beautiful inside as well. Will definitely be returning.

This property looked just as advertised. When we arrived everything was really clean and the staff was super helpful. My friend forgot her toothbrush and we were able to get one downstairs. There was even small breakfast options. It was a really cute and quiet boutique hotel, would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was very zen/millennial zen feeling. It was quiet and had great vibes during our stay. I loved the new gym equipment including the top-of-the-line Aviron rower which I haven't seen anywhere else. Would definitely book here again if we're in the area
