Fall in love with the charm of this quaint 1920s era beach bungalow featuring a 100 year old front door, red oak floors, fluted crystal door knobs, a porcelain pedestal sink and art deco crystal ceiling light features. This unit was decorated to replicate 1920s interior design with bold geometric patterns. The classic character of this unit offers a warm welcoming vibe, all while being located in the best spot in town!
If you want to relax inside, you can enjoy the view, ocean breeze and sounds of the waves crashing while you sip a cup of morning coffee or lounge on the couch. If you want to get active, you can walk/jog/bike/rollerblade or skateboard down the famous Strand path that winds two miles along the oceanfront between modern mansions and wide stretches of sand, lined with volleyball courts. If you want to explore, it's a 3 minute walk to the pier which features a downtown area filled with dozens of boutiques, restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, bars, pubs, & creative, upscale eateries. Or, if you want to hit the beach, we provide 4 beach chairs, 6 beach towels, a beach tent, an umbrella and two coolers to set up a perfect beach day. In less than 5 minutes, you can be basking in the sun on the sand with a seat, a refreshing drink and a good book.
The unit sleeps 7 comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms, one bedroom with a queen (2 people) and one bedroom with a bunk bed that features a full bed on the bottom (2 people) and a twin bed on the top (1 person). We also offer a luxury king size air mattress with extra sheets, pillows and bedding that can accommodate 2 more people. *Please be advised, the top bunk has a weight capacity of 200 pounds*
The living space features a comfy sectional couch, a large coffee table, a 65 inch smart TV to access your streaming services, a designated work space with high speed internet (500 mbps) as well as a collection of books for use during your stay.
The fully stocked kitchen allows you to cook and eat/drink from home. We provide an 8 person dinnerware set of cups, bowls and plates as well as pots, skillets, sauté pans, baking sheets, cooking utensils, strainer, measuring cups and spoons, can opener, wine opener, stemless and stemmed wine glasses, cutting boards, oven mitts, a blender, a coffee bar with a drip coffee machine and a Keurig, plus more.
All linens and towels are provided as well as toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) and cleaning supplies (dish soap, trash bags, sponges, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent). A starter kit of toilet paper and paper towels is provided for each stay too. Also, there is a private washer and dryer within one of the kitchen cabinets for your use.
One dog under 25 lbs is permitted per stay for a small fee of $150. The dog must be trained and cleaned up after.
Other items available for your use: hair dryer, iron and board, vacuum, portable floor fan, beach supplies.
There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property.
Parking: You will get access to one compact parking space. In the photo with the three single garages, you will have access to the garage farthest to the right. Please be advised, the garage is 195 inches long, 104 inches wide and the clearance is 80 inches. This spot is ideal for compact cars and small SUVs. Due to the location being directly on the beach, there is restricted parking elsewhere. You cannot park on the street behind the garages. If you have a larger vehicle or you need to accommodate two vehicles, there are streets nearby with first come-first serve free parking as well as metered parking and overnight paid lots.
