Burbank

I went in ask question, knowing that I was early but had a funeral to attend. The guy was dealing with an issue when my time came he was rude to me and acted uncaring. But went out to my car to wait when I came back in there was a young lady who was very helpful. The floor room was so sticky nasty feeling. Unbelievable that you have to pay for handicap or any parking. The $22 for a standard breakfast is high. Apparently they allow dogs cus on my floor there was a tapper of a dog last night.

Dirty Room

Our beds comforters seemed to have been just placed back not changed out. There was a note from the previous guest noting the ironing board fell apart meaning it was not cleaned thoroughly. The seal from shower was coming off and after calling the front desk the only response I received was ok. This is disappointing because I had to call directly from my cell phone multiple times due to no response from front desk. I couldn’t call from the landline phone because it didn’t work. My kids were super tired and just slept on the top of the bed without getting under the covers.

Only Cambria hotel we have stayed at that did not include breakfast. Then paid 22.50 for breakfast and it was a basic continental breakfast with eggs. Waffle maker was down, fruit was old.

Very nice hotel, enjoyed the cocktails on the roof with Karissa. The only downside was the waiting staff at breakfast - no silverware, no salt & pepper to be found, the plates & eggs had not neen refilled. Poor attendance to details.
