We had a great stay. I was a little worried about the area from reading the other comments, but it wasn’t too bad. We stayed 3 nights since it was near a family event. We walked the 2 blocks there and walked to the hotel at night with no issues. The room was cleaned and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. The room didn’t get that cold, but luckily the weather was t too hot so it wasn’t really an issue.

In an incredibly unsafe neighborhood. Had to stack the cars in and give your keys over. Noisy hallways. Basic rooms. Glad we didn't stay for more than one night.

Fast transaction when we arrived. The room was clean. The linens are soft. Bathroom was clean also. It’s just when I’m about to take a shower it does not have enough shampoo which is just a minor issue. Breakfast simple but comforting. All in all I like the service.

Room wasnt ready by check-in, parking was extra. You figure with all the amount your paying,it would be free. The cards we were given did not work for the room so we had to get new ones, the housekeeper let us in however. The front desk staff came to drop off the new cards, however he did not knock when entering the room and just opened the door. The bed had a spider on it and the next day i had a few spiders bite in my arm(not sure if these are connected). They only provider us with 2 used toilet paper rolls and when asked for more, we were given just one. The area was not friendly and had alot of tweakers/homeless people Overall the staff were friendly AND helpful, however given the price i was expecting more. You could book other hotel for the same price that offer more and in better locations.

They need to upgrade their sofa beds. We were not able to use, it was not comfortable to lay with. Breakfast was good though

The hotel itself was great, the location was beneficial due to it being by Universal Studios. The only issue, which is not the hotels fault, is the amount of homeless nearby. Comfort Inn did have a locked door to get into the hotel after hours which was nice.
