You get what you pay for? Pretty much everything was dirty Bedroom Floors were slimmy and slippery Bathroom floor was black with dirt same with toilet base A "fresh" white towel in the bathroom had black marks of human foot prints on it Human hair balls on the floor and in the bed Multiple plugs didnt work Out of 4 days house keeping only came 1 time And we had cockroaches for roommates

For the price in LA , is just good enough to sleep in, shower ok, hot water ok, no insects or anything like that in room. Old A/C system, but cool room enough for me.

First I don't stay in the room , I go to another hotel Tĥe mananger or owner it not customer service it is all people and it complicate to talk to him , I claim the same dya to Expidia to change hotel and respond talk to hotel for the refund and that part it was terrible , so Expidia good bye thanks for help me

I requested a first floor room due to being disabled and was put on second floor. Also noisy due to guest slamming doors during late evening. Bath towels with stains also not good.
